Free Sourcing Tools has been free since 2020 — two sourcers, no ads, no VC, no signup. The one thing that actually costs us money is the AI: the X-Ray copilot and the Boolean Enhancer run on Cloudflare Workers AI, and we pay per token.

That's why the AI tools carry a daily cap — it protects us from runaway bills. Every contribution goes straight back into the community pool: more tokens, more generous caps, for everyone. No tier, no perk, no account — just a coffee for the workshop if a tool saved you time.
