Cookie Policy

Free Sourcing Tools is built to be privacy-friendly. We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party ad networks. The only things stored on your device are the functional items below.

1. Strictly necessary cookie

• fst_secret_op — set only if you unlock the gated "secret operators" tool with a training password. It remembers that this device is unlocked for 60 days. It is HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax and contains a signed token, not your password. Purely functional; never used for tracking.

2. Local storage (not cookies)

These stay in your browser, are never sent to a server, and never identify you:

• fst_mode — remembers your light/dark theme choice.
• fst_news_seen — remembers that you've already seen the newsletter prompt, so we don't show it again.

3. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not store identifiers on your device and does not track you across other websites — it only produces aggregated, anonymous traffic statistics.

4. Anti-bot

When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile may run to confirm you're human. It may store a short-lived technical token for that check. It is not used for advertising.

5. Managing storage

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Removing fst_secret_op simply re-locks the gated tool; removing the local-storage items resets your theme and the newsletter prompt. No essential functionality is lost.
