01
operator builder
Three fields — Skills, Headline, Summary — that wrap your Boolean inputs around LinkedIn Recruiter operators most sourcers never see. You bring the keywords, the tool delivers the syntax.
02
query preview
The generated query renders exactly the way LinkedIn Recruiter parses it. Copy-paste straight into the search bar — no editing, no formatting headaches.
03
kept up to date
When LinkedIn quietly changes how a hidden operator behaves, the tool gets updated. You don't track it — Guillaume does. Free for Legendary Mode alumni, for life.
Type the password you received at the end of Legendary Mode — Module 3 of People Attraction Theory, Guillaume Alexandre's advanced LinkedIn Recruiter training. Validated server-side, the unlock stays on this device for 60 days via an HttpOnly cookie.
STEP 02
Compose your Boolean clauses
Type Boolean expressions in three fields: Skills, Headline, Summary. Use quotes for phrases, AND / OR / NOT for combinations, and parentheses to group. Legendary Mode teaches you which fields to use, when, and why.
STEP 03
Generate and copy
The query is built server-side using the hidden LinkedIn Recruiter operators that never appear in the page bundle. Paste straight into the Recruiter search bar.
tipThese operators bypass limits the standard Recruiter interface imposes on you. Legendary Mode shows you the where, when and why behind each — the tool just gives you the syntax.
LinkedIn Recruiter gives you a search bar, but it hides what actually goes into it. The platform parses your input through operators that the standard interface never exposes — and that the page never shows you. This tool wraps your Boolean keywords in those hidden operators for three fields specifically: Skills, Headline, and Summary. You bring the keywords; it returns the syntax Recruiter is really expecting.
You type plain Boolean into each field. Skills might be "machine learning" OR "deep learning", Headline "data scientist" OR "ML engineer", Summary "PhD" OR "research". Use quotes for phrases, AND / OR / NOT to combine, parentheses to group. Hit Generate and the query is assembled server-side, then dropped into the result box ready to copy. Paste it straight into the Recruiter search bar — no reformatting, no cleanup.
One honest note: this is a syntax tool, not a strategy. It gives you the exact string, but it doesn’t decide which field to target, when a hidden operator helps, or why it behaves the way it does. That judgment is the actual skill, and it’s what Legendary Mode — Module 3 of People Attraction Theory — teaches. The tool stays free for alumni, for life, and gets updated quietly whenever LinkedIn changes how an operator parses, so you don’t have to track it yourself.
Unlock is server-side and case-sensitive. Once validated, it stays on this device for 60 days via an HttpOnly cookie — if it expires mid-session, you’ll just re-enter the password.
